A GREAT trip yesterday! Thanks to all who helped out, and three cheers (or even four) to the students for their wonderful behaviour.


Next week we'll be watching The Fault In Our Stars. There's a bit of bad language, but the movie is wonderful. If you have any issue with language on screen, please let me know. I keep all correspondence confidential.

Today we learned how to tie a tie. We focussed on the half-windsor knot. Students can practice at home.

We talked today about the Pre-Crime Arial Panopcticon Persistent Surveillance System. Ask your child about it.

Tuesday

A GREAT conversation about healthy sexuality today. The class was very mature, curious, and respectful.

Here's what's coming up in the next two weeks.

Wednesday - We are walking to the high school at 10:00pm for a BBQ.

Thursday - Talent show at 1:30pm and 7:00pm

Wednesday and Thursday we are editing our music videos all day.

Friday - Heroes for Hope Shave off 2:00pm
Friday - The 6/7FI class is having a business fair.
Friday - We are baking bread! (See below)

Monday - Please bring in a man's tie if you can.

Next Tuesday - We are going to Toronto

June 29 is the last day of school.

Bread Making
Please bring in the following:
- Quick Rise Yeast (Also called instant rise or rapid rise)
- White Flour/All Purpose (about 4 cups)
- Salt (a teaspoon)
- Sugar (a teaspoon)
- A cookie sheet
- A large mixing bowl
- A wisk
- A medium mixing bowl
- Parchment paper
- Spatula and Apron and Cool Chef's Hat are optional (but encouraged)
- Really really good butter (or just normal butter)
