This MUST be a mystery story.
Please do not submit an adventure story or a thriller that you wrote.
A mystery has a very clear structure.
- There's a main character
- There's a crime
- There's a criminal
- There are other suspects who may be the criminal
- There are clues the whole way along. Early on the clues are not too obvious, but they become a bit more clear as the story progresses.
- Usually police or authority is having trouble solving the crime
- At the end, the main character, using smarts, solves the crime in a bit of a dramatic way.
